Meet Our Team
Hilda Rosario Escher Chief Executive Officer
Hilda Rosario Escher has had a thriving career in the not-for-profit sector. In her last position as CEO of Ibero American Action League, she led the agency to increase its affordable housing, starting the projects Pueblo Nuevo and El Camino Estates and many others. Hilda led the agency's largest merger of Centro Civico in the Capital Region. She was appointed by the Governor of New York State, Andrew M. Cuomo, to the Empire State Development Board, Minority & Women’s Business Development Council, the New York State Office of Mental Health and the Office of Addiction Services Council. She was also appointed to the New York State Child Care Task Force Board and Women’s and Girl’s Council to name a few. Her leadership helps us look at the whole picture.
Hilda Rosario Escher will be the face of the company, in charge of the day-to-day operations. She will also be responsible for meeting with companies to market our products, inventory, timely deliveries, customer satisfaction and quality .

Kira North Chief Financial Officer
Kira North is La Roca Group’s Chief Financial Officer.
Kira provides leadership and oversight across the organization’s compliance, finance, accounting, administration, information technology, and risk management.
She also works to establish long range goals, strategies, plans and policies while aligning the overall mission, strategy, and vision of La Roca Group.
Kira is also the President and owner of Rock Environmental, Inc. an asbestos abatement, demolition, and wrecking contractor. She took over ownership 5 years ago.
Kira has been an integral part of the leadership, finance and management of Rock Environmental for many years. She’s been the backbone of the company and continues to be responsible for much of La Roca Group’s financial direction and successful growth.

Kevin Perri President of Operations
Kevin sits on the Board of Directors at Rock Environmental, and is also hands-on in the daily operations. He has over 20 years of experience managing as well as supervising staff. Kevin started the company from the ground up in 2013 and now runs one of Rochester, NYs’ most successful companies. Kevin's previous experience in the construction industry along with his drive to provide superb high-quality services in both public and private sectors has led to renowned success. Kevin has a stellar reputation in the environmental industry across Upstate NY and the capital region.

Herb Escher Chief Revenue Officer
Herb is responsible for the company’s revenue-generation strategy and execution as well as go-to-market approach.
He plays a pivotal role in the company's growth by designing and executing comprehensive sales strategies and growth plans.
Herb is the owner of five Dale Carnegie franchises. He has led his company to be one of the fastest-growing franchises in the world. They are number one in market penetration and have won many quality awards from the franchisor.
Herb has been named at Rochester 40 under 40 by the Rochester Business Journal. He is an active community member who has participated in many local boards including Leadership Rochester, American Heart Association, and Exploration Charter School.
